The 74 islands of the Whitsundays are located at the midsection of the 2600 km long Great Barrier Reef.
Just of the mainland of Australia’s east coast, part of the sunshine state Queensland exists this magical area of islands, which are the remains of a sunken mountain range. The islands are actually the tops of mountains.
